Booking & cancellation policy
A few things to know before you book. Thank you for helping everything run smoothly!
$20 deposit
A $20 deposit holds your first appointment. It's not an extra fee. It stays on file and carries over to each appointment after that, so you only ever pay it once. If you decide to stop booking, I'll happily refund it.
Lash agreement
Before your first appointment, you'll get a short consent form through Square to fill out. It covers aftercare, allergies and what to expect.
Cancellations, rescheduling & no-shows
If you need to cancel or reschedule, I'd really appreciate at least 48 hours' notice. For cancellations within 48 hours or missed appointments, I retain the deposit, and a new $20 deposit is needed to book again.
Late arrivals
Life happens! If you're running more than 15 minutes late, I may need to shorten your set or reschedule so the next client isn't kept waiting. A quick text always helps.
